Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using

Terraform

,

Ansible

, and cloud platforms (

Azure

,

AWS

). Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using

Jenkins

,

Docker

, and

Kubernetes

. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents using

New Relic

and other observability tools. Automate operational tasks and scripting using

Bash

and

Python

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

Agile/Scrum

environment to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of network and system infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend preventive measures while managing Tickets. Collaborate with 3rd level support teams, vendors, and specialists when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

ISP environments

and global enterprise settings. Strong proficiency in

DevOps tools

: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

: Azure and AWS, Azure DevOps Tools. Solid programming skills in

Bash scripting

and

Python

. Expertise in

monitoring systems

and incident analysis using New Relic. Basic

Software and Hardware troubleshooting

skills. Excellent

analytical and problem-solving

abilities. Highly

organized

proactive

, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently. Strong

English communication skills

, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. Experience working in

Agile development environments

, including Scrum ceremonies and business requirement sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps practices. Experience with infrastructure as code and automation best practices. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
