Job Description
The Lead, ITSM & DevOps will manage and optimize IT operations. This role focuses on enhancing system efficiency and maintaining adherence to industry standards.
- Implement and manage DevOps best practices to streamline development and operational processes.
- Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks are effectively applied to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Optimize IT systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for compliance and operational processes.
- Provide training and support to teams on ITSM and compliance-related matters.
- Lead initiatives to improve IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing DevOps, ITSM, and compliance functions.
- A strong understanding of DevOps principles and ITSM frameworks.
- Proficiency in optimizing IT systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and learning.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 180000 to MYR 240000 annually.
