You\'ll collaborate with our exceptional team of experts across these disciplines to deliver outstanding results for our stakeholders.Functional Skills and KnowledgeExceptional written, verbal and presentation skills in English, adept at effectively conveying formal points of view internally and externally.Translates concepts into actionable strategies and operational plans.Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence (EQ), establishing high levels of trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders and effectively influencing others to action.Experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.Proficiency in marketing automation and sales enablement platforms.Preferred experience in coordinating content management systems.Familiarity with SEO, web influence, and social media sales strategies is advantageous.Prior exposure to B2B or B2C environments is preferred.General ResponsibilitiesLead project management efforts, collaborating with internal Business Units & Markets to advance their digital propositions.Act as a strategic catalyst, bridging social, content, tech, creative, and analytic teams to drive digital excellence.Serve as a consultant, providing digital expertise for planning and executing digital marketing activities, including website development, online advertising, social media, SEM/SEO, mobile, CRM, and other digital communication platforms.Coordinate project execution in collaboration with internal functions and external service providers.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and processes.Develop digital marketing briefs, project plans, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.Implement a continuous improvement process based on feedback collection and assessment, and evolving requirements.Design and deliver digital media strategies, innovations, and insights with creative excellence to meet Business Unit marketing objectives.Stay current with the latest digital trends and local digital insights, ensuring implementation across various digital touchpoints.Provide full support in activating digital campaigns to meet and exceed stakeholders\' expectations and agreed KPIs.Plan and manage project costs, including regular expense reporting.Education and Work ExperienceBachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, IT or Computer ScienceMinimum 8+ years\' Digital Marketing/Media experience primarily at digital agency.Requisition Number: 158477Job Function: Branding and Communications
