Respond promptly to customers enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat & any online platform.
Reply to public comments in a helpful, brand-appropriate tone.
Coordinate and schedule showroom appointment bookings with customers until after sales service.
Follow up with potential leads to confirm bookings or provide product info.
Guide customers through online purchase options when applicable.
Report feedback, complaints, and common enquiries to the marketing/customer service team.
Any ad-hoc tasks from head of department.
Job Requirements:
SPM and above
Related experience, such as customer service and telemarketing.
Can start immediately
Proven experience in relevant background.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
