About the Director, HR role:
Reporting to the GM, you are responsible to provide guidance and support for the accomplishment of department goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a highly competent workforce. This established group is in search of energetic, vibrant and multi-skilled individuals who meet the ever-changing challenges and contribute towards the growth of the group. Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates leadership competencies and values, be the role model to the team
• Aligns management style, working practices and conduct with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s operating standards and policies
• Ensure operations efficiency of the department, including but not limited to recruitment, learning and talent development, compensation and benefits, colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 engagement, performance management and other related functions
• Industry relations on a proactive and constructive basis
• Drive recruitment according to business needs
• Oversee the training and development plan according to business inputs
• Apply your knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967

To succeed in this Director, HR role, you would need to have at least 15 years of experience in similar position or capacity. Candidates who have worked in multinational hospitality company will be viewed favourably. Key Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Human Resources or related fields
• Fluency to communicate and write in English as well as local language
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Great organising, planning, strategy thinking, conceptualising skills and ability
• Excellent knowledge of the local market, local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
