Role Summary

Department : Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Section : Warehouse

Job Scope and Key Responsibilities:

To manage & control the day-to-day operation of all sections of Warehouse (DS Warehouse, DP Warehouse and QMS)
Ensure strict adherence to CGMP and EHS norms as per outlaid procedures.
Handle regulatory, customer, statutory and safety audits and ensure compliance.
Monitoring and disposal or rejected and expired materials.
Achieve annual cost saving targets as defined in goals.
Establishing and review of EHS objectives, targets and management programs in the department.
Providing resources for implementation related to the warehouse processes.
Identification of training needs and ensuring the training to the employees of the department.
Preparing monthly MIS reports
Guide and mentor, the team to enhance overall performance.

Team management and people development
Lead warehouse projects related to process improvements, infrastructure, digitalization and optimization
Adhere to the company\'s policies and ensure to align the warehouse activities to meet the company\'s business goals
Working on the costing and budgeting for warehouse

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech - Other
Required Experience: 15 - 20 years
