Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage.

As Director of Food & Beverage we rely on you:

• Ensures that each outlet is managed by a manager/management team who is totally accountable for the outlet\'s profitability.
• Ensures that all outlet heads are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.
• Develops specific promotions and menus to enhance the quality and profitability of the F&B Division.
• Reviews F&B outlet operations concept as needed.
• Actively solicits guest feedback on F&B service and facilities.
• Develops strategies to maximize information dissemination on service and facilities of F&B outlets.
• Meets regularly with key suppliers to ensure maximum service
• Develops measures to maximize productivity of both service and production areas and oversees implementation of said measures.

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years as Asst. Director of F&B in a large international class hotel/ 6 years F&B management experience
• Outgoing and people oriented, Motivator with effective human relations skills, Team builder, Self-starter.
• Good in computer literate, financial knowledge, and ability to work long hours.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
