This role is integral to upholding the hotel\'s high standards of quality and service, while also driving strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for culinary excellence with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, operational best practices, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including POS systems and financial reporting software.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer literacy.
