Director of Sales & Marketing

1. This position will be focusing on Sales and Marketing plan/activities to capture more business / market in line with the hotel's goal in maximizing profitability.

2. Plan and execute sales and marketing plan on annual basis through consultation with the General Manager.

3. Plan and co-ordinate sales and marketing administrative budgets, marketing programs, sales promotion and activities in consultation with the General Manager.

4. Review monthly set targets and take appropriate actions to ensure that targets and plans are achieved.

5. Motivate and direct sales & marketing team to achieve the agreed room targets.

6. Represent the Hotel in a professional manner in accordance with all policies and procedures.

7. Maximize profitability by implementing sales strategies and/or new ideas which will attract and maintain the hotel's targeted market segments.

8. Contributes to the hotel's goal by accomplishing related duties as required.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Sales & Marketing, MARCOM, Business Studies / Management, Hospitality / Tourism Management, or equivalent.

2. Above 8 years of experience in hospitality industry with proven sales track record.

3. This role requires an individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and hospitality management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
