About the job Dobi Assistant / Back-of-House Associate / Operations Associate

Dobi Assistant:

• On-the-job training exposing you to various parts of laundry backend operations, ranging from ironing, wash, dry or fold

• With great performance and consistent attendance, you\'ll be considered for a progression into Back-of-House Associate

Back-of-house / Operations Associate:

• Become experts in your field, whether it\'s the ironing station, wash & dry station, or folding station.

• Ensure the back of house deliver customers\' cleaning order in time, as promised to the customer

• Gradually become more customer-facing, remember customers\' laundry preferences (days of picking up, preferred treatment etc)

• With great performance and solid leadership skills, you\'ll be considered for a progression into store team leader

• 1. Dobi Assistant: RM1,800-2,000

2. Operations & Back of House: RM2,500-3,000
3. Washer & Dry Cleaner Operator: RM3,000 - 3,500
4. Front of House Leader: RM4,000-4,500\xef\xbb\xbf * Gross salary : \xef\xbb\xbfBasic + OT+ Tips

• EPF/Sosco/EIS
• Completed 12 months of work, entitled to ticket return home to Sabah or Sarawak for holidays
• Air-ticket is supported *terms and conditions applies
• Work on 2 shifts (8am - 6pm or 10am - 8pm)

• Hostel provide without deduction
• Transport allowance to work
