Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle and organize all company and project documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and accessibility.
Track and update document versions to prevent duplication or outdated information.
Ensure all documents comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
Manage document circulation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments and retrieval when needed.
Safeguard sensitive documents, preventing unauthorised access and maintaining confidentiality.
Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth document flow and availability.
Maintain systematic records for both physical and digital documents for audit and reference purposes.
Prepare reports, summaries, and updates as required by management.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
