Job Description

Manage and control all site-related documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards Creation of the system based number referencing for the correspondence and document of the project. Maintain and organise both physical and digital records, ensuring documents are filed systematically and easily accessible to the project team Implement a robust document control system to track and monitor document flow and ensure timely distribution of documents to all relevant parties Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders Provide administrative support to the site management team, including scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and handling day-to-day office tasks Support the QAQC and procurement teams by ensuring all necessary documentation is available and up to date Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual document management requirements Act as the point of contact for document-related inquiries, ensuring transparent and timely communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders Assist in the preparation of audit trails for documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accurate for project reviews and inspections Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are delivered to appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. Liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy on the documents).
Qualifications

Degree in Records Management or any related qualifications Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Technical Course or equivalent Fresh graduates may apply but must have internship experience on a similar scope in construction industry Computer-literate with good knowledge of MS Office. Minimum 0 to 3 years working experience.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
