Job description: Job Summary The Document Controller will play a crucial role in managing and organizing project documents, ensuring compliance with document control procedures and the project quality plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the document control system software, handling documentation processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will verify the quality and formatting of all documentation, implement established document control processes, and support the overall objectives and related tasks of the Project Management Department (PMD). The Document Controller will also assist with PMD\'s tasks related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), as well as Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) from time to time. Therefore, any working knowledge on these matters would be an added advantage, contributing to a comprehensive approach to project management. Key Responsibilities 1. To carry out daily updates & maintain the document control system software established for the project 2. Documentation for the project to carry out processes such as scanning, uploading & registration for all incoming and outgoing. 3. To liase with all relevant internal & external personnel to ensure the process flow for all incoming and outgoing are in line with the established procedures and processes for the project. 4. To check, verify and confirm the quality and formatting all documentation are adhere to the established procedures and guidelines required for the project. 5. To liaise with the relevant department and personnel to implement the document control processes that have been established for the project. 6. To assist with tasks regarding ESG and QSHE from time to time 7. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management 8. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to QMS procedures and company objectives and policy Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related field or its equivalent. Skills & Abilities MS Office Orientated Independent, fast learner, and disciplined. Ability to work in a challenging environment and willingness to put in the necessary hours. An all-rounder with excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to document control processes.
