JOBSCOPE

Maintain and manage E Commerce platform; i.
Maintain consistent responds with customers on any sales enquires, after sales services supports.
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs, and activities over online platforms.
Manage and run promotional campaigns across platform calendar to achieve sales targets.
Coordination on day to day basis for all related matters to E Commerce
Work with team and develop social media and digital ads plan.
Inventory management for E Commerce platform.
to perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
