\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to ensure proper set up of operations in channel management and partnership with key platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces and meeting company assigned sales target. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with e-Commerce partners and suppliers to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to manage the online store and social media accounts on a day-to-day basis (product listing, promotion & pricing changes, campaign banner management) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing, monitoring and recommending improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and new techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accurate product images and optimised product title/descriptions for our products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying content required to provide optimal product information and customer insight \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and reply to customer inquiries appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for end-to-end e-Commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce campaigns that are relevant and in trend. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support senior management on other ad hoc duties or projects
