Operations - Monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best practices. - Assist to manage the online store and social media accounts on a day-to-day basis (product listing, promotion & pricing changes, campaign banner management) - Responsible for end-to-end e-Commerce performance including sales, stock availability, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc. - To collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce campaigns that are relevant and in trend. - Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies (Eg: Voucher, GWP, free gifts) to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces and meeting company assigned sales target. - To liaise with warehouse staffs on inventory procurement, inventory forecast and order fulfilment timeframe. 2. External Liaison - Work closely with Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager to obtain marketing support to ensure campaigns leads are obtained - Liaise with e-Commerce partners and suppliers to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives. Must have requirements to be successful in this role: 1. Degree/Diploma in E-commerce, Sales/Marketing, Business Management or related fields 2. 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an e-Commerce role with proven success preferably in healthcare related industry 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems 4. General understandings of how SEO operates Good to have qualities: 1. Good teamwork, collaboration, networking skills 2. Communication skills and Initiative to learn and add value 3. Able to speak Chinese is an advantage. 4. Possess own transport 5.
