About Our Client


Our client is the exclusive distributor for several leading EU healthcare brands, maintaining strong trading connections across Europe. Operating three online stores on HKTV Mall and supplying over 100 wholesalers, they are rapidly expanding their product range and preparing to enter China's RED NOTE, Little Red Book, TikTok, and other major Asian e-commerce platforms.

Job Scope:



Serve as the key support for HKTV Mall operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily e-commerce activities. Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional updates on the HKTV Mall platform. Handle system data entry, including purchase orders, inventory records, and sales reports. Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock management, order fulfillment, and repacking activities. Generate invoices through the Odoo system and prepare regular sales and inventory reports for management review. Support marketing initiatives, including sample coordination, live show assistance, and promotional logistics. Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and competitor pricing to support performance optimization.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and organizational abilities. Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken. Experience in e-commerce or customer service is an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
