We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Assistant to process daily e-commerce orders from (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily online orders from online platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Handle returns and refunds.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen.
Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Well-groomed, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Able to work overtime as required.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in e-commerce platforms such as: Shopee, Sitegiant, etc.
Experience in handling returns, refunds, and customer service queries professionally.
