About Our Client

Our client is the exclusive distributor for several leading EU healthcare brands, maintaining strong trading connections across Europe. Operating three online stores on HKTV Mall and supplying over 100 wholesalers, they are rapidly expanding their product range and preparing to enter China's RED NOTE, Little Red Book, TikTok, and other major Asian e-commerce platforms.

Job Scope:

Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on HKTV Mall. Handle daily data entry, including purchase orders, inventory, and sales reports. Coordinate warehouse operations, stock checks, and repacking tasks. Generate invoices via the Odoo system and prepare sales and inventory reports. Support marketing initiatives such as sample distribution, live shows, and promotions. Monitor customer Q&A, reviews, and competitor pricing to maintain market competitiveness. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting. Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
