Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Platform Operations
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (price, stock, description, images).
Ensure product information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
Support campaign setup for promotions, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.'
2. Order & Fulfilment Support
Monitor and process daily online orders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Track shipment status and assist in resolving delivery or order issues.
Handle order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds according to company SOP.
3. Customer Support Coordination
Assist in responding to customer enquiries via e-commerce chat, WhatsApp, or social media.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines.
Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team when required.
4. Campaign & Sales Support
Support e-commerce campaigns during major sales periods, festive seasons, and promotions.
Assist in preparing campaign materials such as banners, product highlights, and landing pages.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to ensure promotions are properly reflected online.
5. Inventory & Data Support
Assist in monitoring stock levels to prevent overselling or stock shortages.
Update inventory records and coordinate stock movement with operations teams.
Prepare basic sales and performance reports (daily / weekly sales, best-selling products).
6. System & Process Improvement
Support system updates, testing, and troubleshooting on e-commerce platforms.
Assist in improving SOPs for order handling, fulfilment, and customer response workflows.
Follow platform policies and company guidelines strictly.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or operations support (fresh graduates welcome).
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or similar).
Basic understanding of online promotions and customer journey.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle repetitive operational tasks.
Good communication skills in
Mandarin & English
(Bahasa Melayu is an advantage).
Able to work during peak campaign periods if required.
