We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in perfumes, operating across Singapore and Malaysia through various online marketplaces. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across online marketplaces (update titles, descriptions, pricing, images, etc).
Coordinate promotions, campaign submissions, and platform-specific marketing activities.
Handle customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and respond to product reviews to maintain positive store reputation.
Manage store visuals/decorations to ensure attractive and consistent branding.
Process returns and resolve related customer service issues.
Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth store performance.
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work responsibly and independently.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a work-from-home setup.
