:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operation and order fulfillment of e-commerce team

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders from e-commerce platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.). Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restock. Respond to customer inquiries. Assist in return and refund process and paperwork. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen. Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Well-groomed, hardworking, and self-motivated. Able to work overtime during sales events (e.g. 11.11)

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in e-commerce platforms such as: Shopee, Sitegiant, etc. Experience in handling returns, refunds, and customer service queries professionally.

Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm)
