Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and shipment follow-ups to ensure timely delivery. Source products and materials, prepare quotations and proposals, and support partnership arrangements. Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate records across e-commerce platforms and physical stock. Process daily orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok), including packing, shipping, and returns handling. Restock products and packing materials to support daily operations. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via e-commerce chats and assist walk-in customers when required.

Requirement



Minimum SPM qualification. Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets). Able to communicate in written Malay & English. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
