Job Description
Nature of Business: Established online shopping platform in Malaysia Location: Kuala Lumpur Working Days: 5 working days & 9 hours included break ( Rotational shift 24hours) Salary: Basic RM2,400 + RM800 (Language Allowance) + RM200 (Attendance Allowance) + RM300 (KPI Allowance) + RM20 per night (Night Shift Allowance) Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or degree.
- Prefer got own transport ( required to work night shift).
- Able to work rotational shift.
- Able to read and type in Traditional Mandarin
- Able to speak and understand Basic English
- Providing first contact resolution according to standard operating procedures via live chat/call/email.
- Assist customer with product, service and answer basic questions.
- Ensure all customers feedback/complaints are addressed as and when required or escalate the same to the respective team when necessary.
- Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our stakeholders
- Process order and manage relationship with stakeholders
- Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses
- Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience
- Handle customers, riders and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
- Technical assistance - riders/customers/vendors on order related issues
- Rotational shift
