About the Role
We are seeking an independent, dynamic, and well-organised individual to drive our e-commerce channels and partnerships in the Malaysian market. You will oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of our online presence, from account management to content optimisation, with the goal of building strong relationships with platforms and maximising sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Set up/ manage operations across key platforms: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Watsons, B2B, company website, and future marketplaces.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies (including live commerce) to achieve sales targets.
Build relationships with platform category managers; analyse performance by category and recommend strategies to drive growth.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, orders, and feedback promptly.
Recommend and implement improvements in customer service, order handling, and promotional efficiency.
Track market trends, benchmark competitors, and prepare recaps of category performance to inform future strategy.
Prepare and present sales reports, campaign analysis, and promotional ROI to management.
Analyse key metrics (conversion, traffic, page views, cancellations, returns, unpaid orders) and propose corrective actions.
Content Management
Ensure all SKUs have accurate product titles, descriptions, and optimised images.
Identify content gaps and coordinate development of needed assets.
Manage end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, pricing, listing visibility, on-site and off-site traffic, order management, fulfilment, and after-sales support.
What Makes You Successful
At least 3 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
Strong track record in campaign planning and promotional execution.
Good business acumen with a strong marketing sense and innovative mindset.
Hands-on experience with live commerce, SEO, social media, and online traffic generation.
Comfortable analysing data in Excel and preparing actionable insights.
Basic design knowledge (Photoshop or Canva) is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
