KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for product management-related shop work, including product uploading, order forecasting, and inventory management. Drive revenue growth by optimizing the store design and product display to focus on conversion and lead generation. Constantly updating products to meet the seasonal and market changes, and continuously optimizing the user experience and online shopping environment. Work collaboratively with the design team for online store graphic design, ensuring international best practice standards are being met. Planning and submitting product prices, deals, and promotions on the marketplace platform to bargain more exposure in terms of the barter system. Uploading and managing content on the portal, ensuring all links are operational and navigation is in check. Building the optimal price, promotion, and assortment strategy by product category Investigate customer feedback and provide useful solutions and to operational issues and other areas of improvement. Coordinating with key vendors, brand managers, finance, warehouse & and logistics, and other support functions to ensure strong execution. Work closely with other stakeholders (IT/ Brand/ Marketing) to improve the web and mobile app\'s user experience. Collaborate with the brand manager & and online sales manager to develop the yearly promotion plan for a large campaign, in addition to preparing monthly campaigns. Weekly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance. Responsible for a variety of data analysis (sales data, product data, shop visits, orders) and through analysis and make adjustments to increase: a. Conversion rate b. Basket size c. Repeat customer purchase . New customer purchase Determining content for display on the web portal, based on data analysis and trends. Work closing with brand digital marketing to drive paid online acquisition (through GDN, Google AdWords, Youtube, META., etc.) and retargeting (through tools like Google Analytics). This will include identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns using a wide range of media types (search, images, video, etc) Perform other related duties and assignments as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in information technology or a relevant business subject; min 1-3 years experience. Good command of spoken and written English. Able to think critically, analyze data and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Shopify knowledge is preferred but not essential. Google AdWords andGoogle Analyticss/META knowledge will be advantage. Possess the desire to learn from experience and be willing to propose and experiment with new e-commerce strategies. Desirable skills: A passion for fashion/retail, quick learner, attention to details, able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others.
