Job Highlights - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - Health insurance Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, campaign execution and maintaining the overall infrastructure of different platforms. - Create and update content marketing for websites, such as products, promotions and etc. and maintain activity/interaction on the platform. - Constant monitoring and analyse data for business health insights for reporting and business growth. - Monitor relevant competitor campaigns, infringements, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. - Collaborate with relevant parties on conversation rate optimization exercises, including diagnosing, testing, implementing and optimising page/site UX journeys and making necessary enhancements. - Identify potential partnerships for banks, payment gateway, instalment options to drive sales and affordability. Requirements: - Minimum qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Degree in related field - Minimum 2 years or more of relevant experience. - Experience in web merchandising, analytic, logistics, customer service and ecommerce usability. - Proficient in Shopping cart system (e.g., Magento) - Ensuring onsite info are accurate and customer\xe2\x80\x99s shopping experience is smooth and pleasant. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Skills required: Basic Photoshop, Magento System, Lazada & Shopee Seller Centre, Basic HTML, Microsoft Excel & Customer Service
