Responsibilities

Formulate and execute promotion and product assortment plans
Identify and approach quality business partners to achieve business goals
Monitor business trends, conduct consumer insight and market research for growth ideas
Work closely with purchasing, operations and IT teams on business activities
Manage channel budget and forecast for performance optimization
Monitor digital trends and identify new initiatives to drive business growth
Work on the expansion in specified markets
