KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Set-up Marketplace via content, image and banners upload \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update e-commerce information via content, image and banners \xc2\xb7 Order management / processing for all e-market places \xc2\xb7 Stock Management and Tracking \xc2\xb7 Planning and submitting prices, deals and promotions on the marketplace platform \xc2\xb7 Investigate customer feedback and provide useful solutions and to operational issues and other areas of improvement \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with suppliers, finance, logistics and other support functions to ensure strong execution \xc2\xb7 Building the optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy by category \xc2\xb7 Data reporting, analysis and presentation for e-commerce performance \xc2\xb7 Work closely with Brand Manager to executive marketing and online investments \xc2\xb7 Execute administration tasks or other projects as assigned by HOD from time to time
