Organises and maintains a calendar for eCommerce products, landing pages, special initiatives, etc. ( Includes configuration and development within content management system, graphic changes, merchandising strategy, testing, and optimisation) for our internal brands.
Builds and maintains eCommerce products, ensuring all are updated according to established specifications and timeframes.
Track all listings within a given brand, noting the organisational state of search results, sales page condition, rankings, and price points.
Advertising campaign buildout and optimisation including paid search/display, re-marketing, email marketing, social advertising, text, geo-targeting, etc.
Uses data to optimise conversions from search/advertising to site to sale.
Monitor and analyse performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.
Supports web/mobile and eCommerce creative development and re-design efforts.
Monitor inventory levels and provide sales forecasts.
Accountable for meeting eCommerce sales goals and return on investment for digital advertising campaigns.
Maintains and grows awareness of digital marketing trends and the implications that these technologies have on marketing to the company\xe2\x80\x99s target consumer.
Provides insights, trends, and best practices to drive e-commerce performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in eCommerce.
Proficient in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.
Experience with Shopify (or similar Content Management System), with a working knowledge of Google Analytics (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to several different audiences.
Must be able to manage and prioritise diverse projects.
Working knowledge Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Must be enthusiastic, confident change-agent with ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager and other relevant e-commerce shopping platforms.
