The role: As E-Commerce Executive, you will be part of our Key Account Management team. Working closely with the Key Account Manager. You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on marketplaces/platforms including Lazada and Shopee. Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
• Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
• Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner
• Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
• Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.

Who we look for \xe2\x80\x93 the ideal profile:

• University degree/diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce industry.
• Organized & good attention to details.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving skills & willing to learn.
• Experience in working with Excel software, Photoshop (basic photo editing) is an advantage.
• Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
• Experience in operating on one or more ecommerce marketplaces.
