Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or Statistics

At least 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce/retail background. E-marketplace experience preferred

Project management skills

E-commerce Marketing & Campaign planning & strategy experience

Digital/social marketing experience is preferrable.

Responsibilities

- Develop and grow eCommerce marketplace business for strategic portfolio brands in Malaysia

- Drive commercial strategy for portfolio brands on online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, etc.

- Strong project management and coordination between internal teams, brand partners, and platforms

- Conceptualize, budget, and execute marketing campaigns on various marketplaces

- Build optimal marketing, promotion, and assortment strategy by brand

- Complete oversight and accountability for eCommerce operations and execution

- Negotiate with e-marketplaces and manage relationships with platforms and clients

- Develop operational processes and tools to improve scalability

- Think outside the box and test run new projects for continuous enhancements.
