Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce channel (Website, Lazada, Shopee).
Manage all online sales activities, including product listing, updating, processing orders
Manage and respond to customers\' enquiries received via platform chats, emails, phone calls and other means as necessary and professionally
Responsible on monthly/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation.
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Support branding activities including marketing and promotion campaigns, exhibition, etc.
Responsibilities
Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
Good command (both spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Positive working attitude, passionate about e-commerce business, able to adapt to the needs of e-commerce business in terms of working hours arrangement, able to accept last minute work arrangement
Those with successful e-commerce experience are preferred.
The company will focus on training those who have no experience and are willing to learn hard.
No matter whether you have experience or not, you need to start from the basic work and be familiar with the basic operation to facilitate the follow-up work.
