Job Description
- Advertise and update company products on digital marketing/social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Douyin, etc)
- Design and prepare material/content for product advertising and marketing purposes. (E.g.: photo/ video/ graphic/ copywriting).
- Contact customer from existing database to cross sell products by reply enquiry in social media platforms.
- Promptly attend to and follow up on customers' enquiries.
- To update daily sales report and manage database report
- Create interesting content and design strategies to achieve campaign objective and make improvements by improving design/content and user experience in order to attract more customers
