Kelayakan

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 1 or 2 years work experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing with good social media skills/knowledge
• Team player, independent and highly responsible
• Pro-active and creative with good initiative
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Able to multi-task with good time management skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Adobe photoshop/illustrator/Capcut/Canva experience/skill is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage company E-commerce platforms such as Whatsapp / Facebook Page / Instagram or Website.
• Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and Live marketing
• Receiving, processing and organizing the shipments/delivery of the customer orders until completely receive by customers.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including, social media and display advertising
• Maintaining company\'s social media presence across all digital channels
• Assist customer via online in locating the desired to purchase the item.
• Replying customer online via social media platform and Whatsapp.
• Informing customers of any promotions to encourage the purchase and increase the sales.
• Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
• Processing customer payment.
• Multi tasking and detailed oriented person with great coordination skills.
• Work well in team and independently.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignment given.
