Job Description

• Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin or Tamil will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position or have experience selling in existing marketplaces
• Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage

• Manage and optimize online sales platforms, including website, and marketplaces.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to optimize user experience, product offerings, and promotions.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, warehouse, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance the company\'s e-commerce strategy.
