Manage the company\'s e-commerce platform and various e-commerce partner\'s platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including products listings, writing products descriptions and after sales service.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and drive customer engagement.
Work with the sales team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic to the company\'s e-commerce site and increase conversions.
Analyse and interpret data related to online sales and customer behaviour and use this information to inform e-commerce strategies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services through various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
Monitor and optimize the company\'s search engine rankings and ensure that its online presence is optimized for maximum visibility.
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company\'s e-commerce and marketing strategies.
Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders and process return orders if necessary.
Work closely with logistics / warehouse team on orders delivery and stocks inventory.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 years\' experience in E-Commerce.
Diploma or higher in Mass Communication/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML, Canva and other graphic design skill. skills.
Experience with SEO and SEM techniques and tools is a plus
