Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all eCommerce platforms
Complete and coordinate products fulfilment and delivery to customers
Manage customer feedback and inquiries promptly as well as responding to complaints professionally
Upload and create online product content in e-commerce platform with the most creative way and ensure all information are accurate and updated
Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium e-commerce supplier
Grows and expands company social media presence on social media platforms
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Develope and diversify online business opportunity that increases the company's income and future growth
