Job Description

Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Own the effectiveness, optimization and growth of online sales channels/ Marketplaces e.g. Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall and etc to drive revenue generation and profitability. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the marketing strategy for all Marketplaces selling platforms - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, retargeting and digital advertising \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and optimize our product listings to ensure groupings are correct, enhance product tiles, correct item categorization, images are up to date and pricing is correct and competitive with other brands and other sellers. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content and consumer engagement. \xef\x82\xb7 Review customer feedback and product reviews to help answer customer questions, relay feedback to customer support and product development. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and post A+ page content for key products and brands. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop promotions, sales campaigns, online coupons and other offers to drive profitable sales. \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee online inventory to ensure items are available and replenished at third party warehouses, if required to meet sales forecasts \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver monthly reporting on sales summary, history, key insights and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future promotions and drive business KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience with proven track-record, preferably in consumer electronics brands \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce or Business relevant \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English \xef\x82\xb7 Digital savvy with knowledge of ecommerce business models, operations and technology. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with current ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shoppe and PG Mall) and proficient with the latest marketing, advertising and analysis tools (Google universal analytics skills, Facebook Business & etc). \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in CRM tool development & deployment/ website development project./ U/X Testing and multi-variant testing. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • E-commerce: 5 years (Preferred)
