\xc2\xb7 Manage and supervise the e-commerce department effectively \xc2\xb7 Manage all e-commerce activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing and reporting \xc2\xb7 Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage online sales \xc2\xb7 Work with the Marketing Team for content in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition \xc2\xb7 Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance, e-commerce strategies, and new platforms \xc2\xb7 Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs \xc2\xb7 Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance \xc2\xb7 Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, live shopping, and email marketing \xc2\xb7 Develop promotion and sales calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page developments \xc2\xb7 Manage and execute promotional campaigns correctly \xc2\xb7 Ensure completion of tasks and company targets \xc2\xb7 Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps \xc2\xb7 Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments \xc2\xb7 Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment \xc2\xb7 Analyse traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in business, computer science, digital marketing, technology management or equivalent experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with good communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with marketplace sales strategies for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and more. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels. \xc2\xb7 Confidence developing and overseeing retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. \xc2\xb7 Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools. \xc2\xb7 Extensive familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable about a variety of search engines. \xc2\xb7 Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.
