Client Background: Manufacturer Industry: Manufacturer Location: Rawang Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: To be discussed Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the e-commerce department effectively Manage all e-commerce activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing and reporting Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage online sales Work with the Marketing Team for content in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance, e-commerce strategies, and new platforms Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, live shopping, and email marketing Develop promotion and sales calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page developments Manage and execute promotional campaigns correctly Ensure completion of tasks and company targets Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment Analyse traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. R equirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years\' experience in a similar role Bachelor\'s Degree in business, computer science, digital marketing, technology management or equivalent experience. Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with good communication skills. Familiar with marketplace sales strategies for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and more. Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels. Confidence developing and overseeing retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies. Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation. Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools. Extensive familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Knowledgeable about a variety of search engines. Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration. Demonstrates excellent leadership abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills.
