A minimum of 1 year of work experience in e-commerce, advertising, marketing, or related fields, along with a Bachelor\'s Degree or higher.
Passion for e-commerce and a strong interest in e-commerce operations.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to coordinate and plan work effectively.
Quick thinking, imaginative, and possessing a broad vision with strong execution skills.
Proficiency in basic Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product selection, pricing, overall store planning, designing display, positioning, style, layout, and event planning.
Maintain store products, inventory, and daily activities.
Familiarize oneself with store operations processes, which includes Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.
Complete assigned store operation tasks from the operations manager.
Exhibit strong teamwork spirit, team management experience, and familiarity with pre-sales and after-sales processes.
Retain existing customers and drive secondary sales.
Develop personal weekly and monthly plans, formulate relevant marketing strategies and sales assessment goals, and submit weekly sales reports.
