Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.
Reviewing customers\xe2\x80\x99 concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online.
Account management towards existing platforms \xe2\x80\x93 listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimization, third party engagements.
Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets.
Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in E-Commerce /Online Retail.
Strong command in English for both oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
Analytical and multitasking skills.

Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
