Job Purpose

• Involves working closely with Category Lead Team to manage and overseeing the day to-day operations of the eCommerce Merchandizing business
• Oversee daily operations in order to maintain 98% of excellence service.

• Product Listing : To manage the Presto e-commerce platform, including product listings, image sourcing, updating of products listing information, ensuring that the products and stores listing/created are optimized for sales.
• Visual Merchandising: Responsible for sourcing or creating visually appealing displays (working with Creative team) that showcase merchandise in an attractive and compelling way, to drive sales.
• Order fulfilment: Liaison with logistics team to look into picking, packing, and shipping of products. They also need to ensure that the products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
• Order processing: The team is responsible for processing orders on Presto\xe2\x80\x99s platforms on a daily basis, ensuring all orders are promptly fulfilled.
• Reverse logistics: Working with Customer Service and Payment Operations team, the team is responsible for managing returns and exchanges, including processing returns, assessing product quality, and issuing refunds or exchanges
• Procurement : To support category leads in product procurement process
• The main escalation point when required between Category Leads, Customers Services and Logistics
• Continuously assess current process to identify improvement opportunities

• The individual should have be highly organized with strong administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in internal and external meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines.
• High learning agility, and passionate in driving results \xe2\x80\x93 comfortable in fastmoving entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications and systems quickly
• Passionate in improving both customer and seller excellence.
