• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in an e-commerce buying or purchasing role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
• Strong understanding of online consumer trends and marketplace dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Have own transport and able to travel to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Must be able to type and communicate in Mandarin with China's Supplier

Tanggungjawab

• Extract weekly sales and inventory reports for ROP (Reorder Point) analysis using a provided template.
• Present weekly purchasing recommendations to obtain budget approval from the Accounting team.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product details, packaging, and shipping fees within China (Point A to B).
• Arrange payments to China suppliers via Daifu and obtain invoices.
• Coordinate with international logistics providers for shipping from China to Malaysia (Point B to C) and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Record all order details, tracking information, and shipping fees.
• Oversee stock reception at the warehouse, including sample quality checks (QC) after unloading.
• Report weight disputes to logistics or seek compensation from suppliers for any damaged or missing items.
• Order and replenish packaging materials weekly.
• Work with Customer Service and suppliers to resolve after-sales issues, such as product quality claims.
