Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce and Storefront Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your primary focus will be to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales, both through our e-commerce platform and in our storefront.

• Previous customer service or sales experience in an e-commerce and/or retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using common office software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and occasional evenings (online)

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, promotions, and shipping options.
• Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and order tracking.
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Actively promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory management across e-commerce and physical store platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
