Job Description

Royal Selangor is seeking analytical and sales-driven candidates to fill the role of E-Commerce Sales Executive. You will be required to develop sales strategies to optimise product visibility and product search scoring to generate more sales. This is inclusive of analysing key performance indicators to ensure we build on successful marketing and ad campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Perform competitive analysis on store and product levels based on market trend understanding, which is used to formulate a strong sales strategy.
• Manage and respond to customers\' enquiries received via platform chats, emails, and phone calls.
• Utilise middleware tools to support ongoing routine operations, develop efficient work processes and build value for the company.
• Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce channel e.g. website, marketplaces, etc.
• Utilise knowledge of the online marketplace including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and be responsible for daily business administration on assigned key accounts.
• Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for product sourcing, content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across all online shops.

Requirements

• Candidate(s) must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/E-Commerce/Business Study/Advertising & Design or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing or sales field.
• An ideal candidate comes with stock management experience (Evaluating inventory forecasts based on targets to achieve and monitor stock movements including conducting actual inventory analysis on a daily, monthly and campaign basis).
• Good command of written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia.
