• Manage daily E-commerce store and offline counter operations
• Responsible to set up, optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales growth
• Develop and execute online marketing and promotional strategies, campaigns, events and plans
• Responsible in managing customer experience
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in E-commerce platforms
• Conduct research to identify market trends, target audience, and competitor activities
• Develop & maintain strategic partnership with E-commerce platforms team
• Responsible to set up proper SOP for department and subordinates
• Manage subordinates including admin, customer service team and review staff performance
• Actively liase with warehouse team for order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Actively liase with creative team to ensure good product visual and content
• Other assigned task from Superior

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree/Bachelor\'s in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Preferably managerial level who specialized in E-Commerce or equivalent
• Preferably 3 years or above of working experience in E-commerce industry
• Good in communication , paperwork & leadership skills
