This role focuses on supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.
PLATFORM/INVENTORY ORDER
1) To check each store chat, return/ cancellation cases
2) Orders - to follow up until complete the whole order.
3) Email customer invoice when requested
4) Follow up closely with warehouse for ongoing cases (wrong item/incomplete order/late shipment/ cancellation)
5) To check inventory
6) To key in cash sales & monthly platform account settlement
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1) Replying chats using AI chat system for shopee /lazada/ whatsapp
2) Customer service - attend to customers' complain and walk in customers' order
MARKETING POSTING
1) Do new posting for new product on platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
