Oversee and coordinate daily e-commerce operational tasks including product listing, pricing updates, order processing, returns handling, and campaign execution.
Monitor online store performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Evaluate campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive higher online engagement.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
Achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
Liaise with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective online strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
Perform administrative and reporting duties related to e-commerce operations.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce operations or online sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
